What drives the price

The price follows the amount of work, not the name of a package. A landing page starts at €800: one structure, one set of texts. A business website starts at €2500 and an online store at €4500, because a catalogue, a cart and payments enter the picture. A redesign of an existing site starts at €1200, a mobile app at €9500. Separate services: SEO strategy and keywords €700, ads and targeting from €600, video and photo from €1000, AI integration from €1800. When a project combines three or more services, a 10% discount is applied automatically. Every service has three levels, and the higher levels change the service, not the feature count.

What the three levels mean

The levels differ by service, not by a longer feature list. Basic: a reply within 3 business days, a content panel, two languages, technical SEO basics. Premium: the same plus replies within 1 business day and speed and security monitoring. Max: unlimited revisions, a personal manager, a contractual 24/7 response time, a quarterly roadmap and priority in the queue. So a business website is €2500, €3300 or €4200, and an online store is €4500, €5800 or €7200. But SEO strategy costs €700 on all three levels: a higher level adds not a single hour of work there, and inventing a surcharge for empty space would be dishonest.

What costs €0

Some things we simply do not treat as extras, so they cost €0 on every level and in every project: an SSL security certificate, regular backups, protection against hacking, and the design of a new website. Design is included because without it there is no website, and billing separately for it would be odd. The code, the server and the domain stay yours forever, and the code carries a lifetime warranty. There is no platform rent: you never pay us a monthly fee for your site continuing to exist. If you ever decide to work with another team, the whole project goes with you.

What it costs to run after launch

After launch you are left with two real costs. A domain runs about €10 to €20 per year, depending on the zone. Hosting can stay on a free plan at €0 for smaller projects, or cost around €5 a month for bigger ones. That is the whole list. QIT takes no platform fee and never invoices you for the mere existence of your website. You pay the domain and hosting bills directly to the provider, because those accounts belong to you, not to us. If you later want new sections or features, we agree the scope and prepare a separate fixed quote for it.

Why the quote is fixed

The estimate is free, and the invoice equals the estimate. Before work starts we write down what exactly gets built, what it costs and how long it takes: a landing page in 1 to 2 weeks, websites and stores in 1 to 6 weeks, a mobile app in 2 to 4 months. If a new idea appears mid-project, we show you its price first and only then build it. No lines appear at the bottom of the invoice that you never heard about. We reply within one business day, often within the hour, and the first consultation costs nothing.

Why does a website cost €2500 when someone else offers €500?

A €500 site is usually a template on someone else's platform, rented monthly and impossible to leave. Our price covers a structure built for your business, a design, technical SEO basics, security and a content panel, and the code stays yours forever. If €800 is your budget, an honest starting point is a landing page, not a trimmed-down website.

Can I pay in parts?

The payment schedule is part of the agreement, and we settle it before work begins rather than afterwards. Tell us in your first email what suits your business, and we will put it in writing together with the fixed quote. Whatever the schedule looks like, the total never grows beyond the estimate.

What if my budget is smaller?

Say the number out loud in your first email. We can start with a smaller scope, for example a landing page at €800, and grow it later. If three or more services meet in one project, a 10% discount applies automatically. And if we cannot do good work within your budget, we will say so plainly instead of quietly cutting quality.

Are there hidden costs?

No. The estimate lists everything, and the invoice equals the estimate. SSL, backups, protection against hacking and the design of a new site are all included at €0. The only money leaving your account after launch goes to the domain (about €10 to €20 a year) and hosting (from €0, or around €5 a month for bigger projects).

What does support cost after launch?

The code carries a lifetime warranty, so anything that is our mistake gets fixed at no charge. The rest depends on your level: Basic replies within three business days, Premium within one, and Max adds unlimited revisions, a personal manager and a contractual 24/7 response time. New features are quoted separately, always at a fixed price.
