What the store can do
An online store is a working tool, not a brochure. You get a product catalogue with categories, filters and search, product pages with photos and options such as size or colour, a cart and a checkout that does not lose people on the last step. On your side there is an admin panel: add products, change prices, run discounts, watch stock levels, see orders and their status, and export what your accountant needs. The buyer sees the price, the availability and the delivery options on the product page itself, so fewer people abandon the cart while still deciding. Prices start at €4500 and a store usually takes one to six weeks, depending on the size of the catalogue.
How the work goes
The first step is a free consultation and a written estimate; we reply within one business day, usually within 24 hours. Before a single line of code is written we agree on the structure of the catalogue, on the payment and delivery options you actually need, and on what the checkout should ask the buyer for. The quote is fixed: the invoice at the end equals the estimate. While the store is being built you have a client portal with the progress of each stage, files, invoices and a personal manager. Before the store goes live we walk the whole order path together, from the product page to the confirmation email. Design for a new store is included at €0.
No commission on your orders
Rented platforms take a percentage of every order and a monthly fee on top, so the bill grows exactly when sales grow. Here the store is yours: the code, the server and the domain are registered in your name, and QIT takes no platform fee and no cut of your revenue. The one-off development fee is the only large number, and it does not change after the estimate is approved. Your fixed costs are the domain, about €10 to €20 a year, and hosting, which is around €5 a month for a store of normal size. If you later move to another developer, you take the whole store with you, catalogue and all.
Speed and SEO for product pages
In a store, speed is money: a page that takes four seconds to open on a phone loses the buyer before the photo even appears. The code is written by hand and stays light, so category and product pages open fast even on mobile data. Images are compressed, so pages do not get heavy as the catalogue grows. Technical SEO is built in from the start: clean addresses, headings, meta tags, a sitemap and a mobile-first layout, so product pages have a real chance in search results. You can edit product descriptions and page titles yourself in the admin panel, so SEO is not a one-off job. All three languages can live in one store, each with its own texts.
Security and life after launch
A store holds other people's money and other people's data, so security is not an add-on. SSL, backups and protection against hacking are included at €0 and stay included. If something suddenly looks wrong, there are backups the store can be rolled back to. The code carries a lifetime warranty: bugs in our code are fixed free, and security updates keep coming for as long as the store is live. When you are ready to grow, an SEO strategy starts at €700, advertising setup at €600, product photo and video at €1000, and an AI integration such as automated order handling at €1800. You set the course, we keep the ship in good repair.
