What happens after you write
First we answer: within one business day, often within the hour. Then we ask a few questions to understand the task and offer a free consultation – a conversation where nothing has to be bought. The third step is a fixed quote: what exactly gets built, what it costs and how long it takes. If the quote works for you, we agree the dates, start the work and open your client portal, where the progress is visible. If the quote does not work, we disappear from your inbox: no reminders, no calls, no pressure.
What we need from you to start
A few things are enough. Tell us what your business does, who your customer is and what the site has to achieve: calls, orders, applications, or simply a serious presence online. If you already have materials – a logo, texts, photos – send them, it speeds things up. If there are none, that is not a problem: we can take on the texts and the visuals too. And if the task is not fully clear even to you, the client portal holds a detailed questionnaire that helps work out what you actually need. None of this has to be ready before your first email.
How the client portal works
The client portal (qit.lv/cabinet.html) is where the project lives. It shows the progress stage by stage, it keeps the files, the invoices and the correspondence, and it holds your personal manager. Nothing gets lost between chats and inboxes, and you never have to remember which email had the latest version of the logo. The detailed questionnaire that helps you shape the task lives there too. You get access as soon as the project starts, and it stays with you after launch, together with invoices and files you can download at any time.
Which languages we work in
Write in Latvian, English or Russian – we answer in the same language, and the correspondence, the quote and the contract all come in a language you actually read. The same goes for the sites themselves: two languages are included on every level, and more can be added when needed. If your customers in Latvia speak one language while your customers abroad speak another, it is worth saying so in the first email, because the structure, the texts and the SEO depend on it. The choice of language does not change how fast we reply.
Where we are
SIA "QIT.LV" works from Riga, Latvia. We do not publish a phone number, because we want every step to stay in writing: email at [email protected] and the client portal. That is in your interest too – agreements, deadlines and prices end up written down instead of half-remembered after a hurried call. Distance is not an obstacle: we work with companies in Riga, elsewhere in Latvia and outside it.
